Ingredients

Tortilla: Large or extra large tortilla and small or mini tortilla.

Sauce: Burger sauce.

Cheeseburger: Cooked burger patty topped with cheddar cheese.

Onions: Caramelized onions.

Bacon: Thinly sliced bacon.

Lettuce: Shredded ice-berg lettuce.

Tomatoes: Diced roma tomatoes.

Pickles: Thinly sliced pickles.

How to make cheeseburger Crunchwrap

Prep ingredients: Chop you tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles. Cook your bacon.

Caramelizing onions: Chop your onions into julienne slices. In a pan on a low to medium heat add your butter and allow it to melt. Add your onions and cook until the onions turn a nice golden brown color. Make sure to constantly stir the onions. Add your wine and allow it to reduce or evaporate by 2/3. Finish your onions by seasoning them with salt and pepper.

Cooking burger: Cook your burger and top with cheese.

Making Crunchwrap:

  • On a large tortilla, start by spreading burger sauce.
  • Top with a cooked burger patty, caramelized onions, bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced pickles and a small tortilla.
  • Fold up tightly.

Cooking Crunchwrap: On a low to medium heat, add about 1/2 tbsp of butter. Toast your Crunchwrap on both sides. Slice in half and enjoy!

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 2 tbsp of burger sauce
  • 1 cooked 100 gram burger patty topped with cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp of caramelized onions
  • 2 bacon slices
  • handful of iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1-2 tbsp of diced tomatoes
  • 4 thinly sliced pickles
  • 1 small or mini tortilla

Caramelized onions

  • 1 onion, julienne
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp of white dry wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prep all of your ingredients for the Crunchwrap.
  • On a large tortilla, start by spreading the burger sauce.
  • Top with a cooked burger patty, caramelized onions, bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced pickles and a small tortilla.
