Feta pasta went viral for a reason. Its so easy to make but at the same time its so good! Serve it up with a side of chicken or a protein of your choice, you won’t regret it!

Ingredients for feta pasta:

Tomatoes: Cherry tomatoes.

Garlic: Garlic cloves unpeeled.

Oil: Olive oil.

Cheese: Feta block cheese.

Spinach: Fresh spinach, chopped.

Pasta: Conchiglie bronze cut pasta. You can use your favorite pasta.

Seasoning: Black pepper and fresh basil chiffonade.

How to make feta pasta:

Prep all ingredients: Wash your tomatoes and chop your spinach.

Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400F.

Adding to baking dish: Into a baking dish add your cherry tomatoes and garlic. Pour with oil and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well. Into the middle of the dish place your feta block and drizzle with oil and season with black pepper.

Baking: Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the feta is golden on the top.

Cooking pasta: In the meantime cook your pasta in salted boiling water until al dente or according to package instructions.

Mixing adding in spinach: Once baked remove your garlic from its peel and add it back into the dish. Mix everything well together and add in your spinach and mix again.

Adding in pasta/fresh basil: Add in your cooked pasta and basil and mix until well distributed.

Serving: Serve with cooked chicken or a protein of your choice.

  • 4 cups or 2 pints of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic cloves, unpeeled
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and Black pepper
  • 8 oz of Feta block cheese
  • 2 cups of chopped spinach
  • 16 oz of cooked pasta
  • 2 tbsp of fresh basil, chiffonade

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Into a baking dish add in your tomatoes and garlic. Pour in oil and season with salt and black pepper. Toss until well combined.
  • Place feta into the middle of the dish and drizzle with oil and season with black pepper.
  • Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the feta is golden on the top.
  • In the meantime cook your pasta in salted boiling water until al dente or according to package instructions.
  • Remove your garlic from its peel and add it back into your dish. Break down your cooked feta with a fork, combining the whole mixture. Add in your spinach and mix.
  • Add in your pasta and fresh basil and mix until well combined.
  • Serve with chicken or a protein of your choice!
