Focaccia pizza

Got leftover focaccia bread? Well turn it into a quick, delicious and crunchy homemade pizza.

Ingredients for focaccia Pizza

Bread: Focaccia bread

Sauce: Marinara or pizza sauce. You can also use your favorite sauce such as:

  • Bbq sauce
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Pesto sauce

Cheese: Mozzarella ball cheese, but you can use shredded mozzarella cheese.

Pepperoni: I used thick pepperoni slices.

How to make the focaccia pizza

Cutting Focaccia: Cut your bread in half.

Assembling the pizza: To assemble add your sauce, cheese and top with pepperoni slices. You can add Italian seasoning if you choose not to add pesto.

Baking: Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Adding pesto (optional): I like adding pesto on top, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to.

Focaccia Peperoni Pizza

Got leftover focaccia bread? Well turn it into a quick, delicious and crunchy homemade pizza.

Ingredients
  

  • Focaccia Bread
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Thick pepperoni slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Cut your bread in half. Spread with pizza sauce, add mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni.
  • Place your pizza onto a sheet pan fitted with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Spread pesto around your pepperoni and Enjoy!
