Grilled cheese the cheesy goodness. The perfect sandwich to eat on the cold rainy days and is enjoyed with tomato soup on the side! This grilled cheese is filled with 3 different cheeses gouda, gruyere and cheddar cheese. The perfect cheese trio that melts well!

Ingredients for grilled cheese:

Bread: Any bread will work. I used a thick sliced white bread.

Cheese: Gruyere, cheddar and Gouda cheese

Mayonnaise: Any mayonnaise will work, if you are not a fan of mayonnaise then you can use softened butter.

How to make grilled cheese:

Assembling the grilled cheese: On one of your bread slices, top with cheddar, gruyere, gouda and cheddar cheese. Place your other bread slice on top and spread with mayonnaise.

 Toasting the sandwich: Into a pan place your sandwich mayonnaise side down on a low heat. Then spread the other slice with mayonnaise and cover with a lid. Once golden, flip and cover with a lid again allowing the cheese to melt.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 thick sliced bread slices
  • 1 Gouda cheese slice
  • 1 Gruyere cheese slice
  • 2 Cheddar cheese slices
  • Mayonnaise, as needed

Instructions
 

  • On one of your bread slices top with cheddar, gruyere, gouda and cheddar cheese.
  • Combine both breads together.
  • Spread the top slice with mayonnaise and place onto a pan on a low to medium heat. Then spread the other slice with mayonnaise and cover with a lid. 
  • Once golden, flip and cover with a lid again allowing the cheese to melt. 
  • Slice in half and Enjoy!
