Grilled Salmon in Foil

Grilling salmon in foil is a great way to prevent your fish from burning or sticking when it’s cooking on the grill. This salmon is flavored with a garlic butter, Worcestershire sauce and a kick from the tabasco sauce!

Ingredients for salmon

Salmon: 2-2.5 lb salmon fillet.

Butter: Melted unsalted butter.

Tabasco Sauce: For a good kick!

Worcestershire sauce: Gives good flavor.

Lemon/ Garlic: Minced garlic and lemon slices.

Parsley: Finely chopped.

How to make the salmon

Seasoning the fish: Season you’re salmon with salt and pepper.

Making the marinade: Melt your butter in a saucepan and add in your garlic, tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Mix and pour over salmon.

Folding the sides of the foil: Fold the sides of the foil, to prevent the marinade to pour out.

Grilling the fish: Place fish onto a preheated grill at 400-425F. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon reaches a temperature of 145F.

Yes you can. Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145F.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Salmon fillet ( 2-2.5 lbs)
  • 4 tbsp of unsalted melted butter
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp of tabasco sauce
  • 3 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 lemon slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to 400-425F. Rinse and dry your salmon and place onto a sheet of foil.
  • Salt and pepper your salmon. In a saucepan melt your butter. To your butter add your garlic tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chopped parsley. Mix and pour over your salmon. Place your lemon slices on top of your salmon. Fold the sides of your foil making sure the marinade doesn't pour out.
  • Place salmon onto the grill and grill for at least 12-15 minutes or until it the internal temperature reaches 145F.
  • Enjoy!
